Return Policy

The Institute of Public Speaking is committed to providing you with the best experience possible in professional public speaking & leadership training. All Institute of Public Speaking products or services are bound by this return policy.

All services are sold “as is” and all sales are final. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued save for circumstances at the discretion of the Institute of Public Speaking. Any granted refunds will require a $10 processing fee. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase (7 day notice before training start date) for a product of equal or lesser value. As part of this commitment to you our customer we will do everything in our power to make any reasonable change or accommodation to meet your needs.

The Institute of public speaking reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a seminar due to insufficient enrollment. Registration fees will be credited towards a future program.

Any products (CD’s, DVD, eBooks, or other hard goods are sold “as is” and all sales are final with the exception of defective non-functional products which can be exchanged or for the same or a product of equal or lesser value. As part of this commitment to you our customer we will do everything in our power to make any reasonable change or accommodation to meet your needs.
